This recipe has been in my family as long as I can remember. They are great as a dessert or as a morning delight with that first cup of java. Enjoy Ingredients:
3 cups light brown sugar |
1 cup soft butter |
3 well beaten eggs |
1 cup sour cream |
1 teaspoon vanilla extract |
1/2 teaspoon salt |
6 cups flour |
1 teaspoon baking soda |
Directions:
1. Mix brown sugar and butter together then add eggs, sour cream, vanilla, salt, flour and soda. 2. Make a soft dough and chill for 1 hour. 3. Take small lumps and roll in palm of your hand and press onto a cookie sheet into 1/4 rounds. 4. Bake at 350 for 15 minutes. |
