3 teaspoons yeast |
1/2 cup water, warm |
1 3/4 cups milk, scalded |
2 tablespoons honey |
2 tablespoons oil |
6 cups flour |
2 teaspoons salt |
Directions:
1. disovle yeast in warm water add honey and scalded milk 2. add oil to liquid. 3. add salt to flour 4. pour in yeast mixture 5. knead 10 minutes ubntil smooth. 6. put in greased bowl cover. 7. let rise until doubled punch down. 8. let rise again 9. put in 2 9x5x2 greased pans 10. bake 350 degrees. 11. 25 30 minutes. |
