I got this from my friend Debbie Yakobian, who will always make these for me if I ask her nicely. Ingredients:
1/2 kg ground turkey |
1/4 kg cooked chickpeas |
1/8 teaspoon hot pepper |
3 -4 large onions, grated |
1 tablespoon salt |
1/2 cup oil |
Directions:
1. Mix all the ingredients together. 2. Form balls. 3. Cook in boiling water or chicken soup for 45 minutes. |
