A great soup colored with sweet carrots May be served COLD or WARM Ingredients:
4 1/2 cup diced potatoes |
3 1/2 cups diced sweet carrots |
2 cups chopped cleaned leeks |
6 cups chicken broth or vegetable broth |
2 cups cream |
salt and pepper to taste |
chopped fresh dill for garnish |
Directions:
1. Cook all together except the cream. 2. When vegetables are soft, puree. 3. Then add cream , stir well and add salt and pepper to taste, 4. Garnish soup bowls with fresh chopped dill |
