These are so yummy at breakfast! They are really good with gravy too! Ingredients:
1 lb sausage |
1 lb shredded sharp cheddar |
1 t lemon juice |
1 t soy sauce |
3 c dry biscuit mix (i like to get a low cal) |
Directions:
1. Cook sausage and drain 2. Add cheese stir until melted 3. Add lemon juice and soy sauce 4. Stir in biscuit mix 5. Chill one hour 6. Form into balls 7. Bake on ungreased cookie sheet at 400 for 10-12 min 8. Drain on paper towels |
