Another recipe from the Ballendella Primary school cookbook in 1991. Super easy to prepare. Ingredients:
6 -8 chicken thighs |
1 (1 1/2 ounce) package chicken noodle soup mix |
14 ounces apricot nectar |
1 onion, chopped |
Directions:
1. Place chicken in a casserole dish. Pour over mixture of soup mix, nectar, and chopped onion. 2. Bake in 350 degree oven for 1 hour. 3. I serve it over boiled rice. |
