Ingredients:
1 cup uncooked basmati rice |
2 cups cold water |
2 tablespoons chopped green onions |
1/4 cup golden raisins |
1/4 teaspoon salt |
Directions:
1. Combine rice and cold water in a medium saucepan. Bring to a boil; cover, reduce heat, and simmer 15 minutes or until rice is tender and liquid is absorbed. 2. Remove from heat and let stand, covered, 5 minutes. Stir in onions, raisins, and salt. |
