Pumpkin Pie Ingredients:
2 cups pumpkin, mashed |
2 tablespoons butter, melted |
3 eggs |
1 tablespoon flour |
1/2 cup sugar |
1 pinch salt |
1 cup milk |
pie shell (either your own recipe or storebought) |
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 400°F. 2. Beat eggs, then add sugar and flour. 3. Add pumpkin, butter, salt and milk. 4. Pour into a 9-inch unbaked pie crust. 5. Bake for 35 to 40 minutes. |
