Here's a yummy bread that is good at breakfast or just as a dessert...Freezes well also Ingredients:
3 1/2 cups flour |
1 1/2 teaspoons baking powder |
2 teaspoons salt |
2 cups pumpkin |
1 cup chopped nuts |
3 teaspoons pumpkin pie spice |
3 cups sugar |
4 eggs, beaten |
1/2 cup salad oil |
1 can milnot condensed milk |
Directions:
1. Sift dry ingredients together. 2. Add nuts,stir together eggs,oil and Milnot. 3. Blend in pumpkin. 4. Stir dry ingredients into liquid. 5. Pour mixture into 2 loaf pans,greased and floured. 6. Bake at 350 degress for 60 minutes,or until golden brown. 7. Allow to stand about 10 minutes before removing from pan. |
