Pound cake. I am taking ideas for pan size to cook this in. Ingredients:
2 sticks butter |
2 sticks margarine |
(cream together) |
2 c. sugar |
add |
3 c. flour |
6 eggs (unbeaten) |
1 tsp. vanilla |
Directions:
1. Cook at 325 for about 1 1/4 hours or until top is golden brown and is cracked also. 2. Jo_Jo suggested 10 tube pan, 1 loaf pan is not big enough it would take at leat 2 loaf pans. |
