This dish makes something different from those canned potatoes. Ingredients:
2 cans (16 oz each) whole white potatoes, drained |
1/4 cup butter or margarine, melted |
1/2 teaspoon seasoned salt |
2 to 3 tablespoons parmesan cheese, grated |
1 tablespoon fresh parsley, minced |
Directions:
1. Place potatoes in an ungreased 8 inch square baking dish. Pour butter over potatoes. Sprinkle with seasoned salt, cheese and parsley. Bake, uncovered, at 350F for 25 minutes or until lightly browned. |
