When I was little, I would not eat carrots....Except when I was at Grandma Drummond's house. She would make this and I would eat it, and ask for seconds. It wasn't until I was in High School that I realized that there were carrots in it. Read more . I'm Blonde ! Ingredients:
5-6 potatoes |
5-6 lg carrots |
1/2 c milk |
4 tbs butter - cut in chunks |
Directions:
1. Peel potatoes and carrots and cut up boil together until fork goes through, drain. 2. Add butter and let melt, 3. Add milk and mash lightly. |
