Ingredients:
1/2 cup corn flake crumbs |
1 teaspoon salt |
5 medium potatoes, pared |
2 tablespoons butter, melted |
Directions:
1. Heat oven to 375 degrees. 2. Mix cornflake crumbs and salt. 3. Brush potatoes with butter coat with crumbs. 4. Arrange in ungreased baking pan 9x9x2. 5. Bake uncovered for 1 to 1 1/4 hours or untill potatoes are tender. |
