Just baked potatoes with bread crumbs. Ingredients:
2 potatoes, large |
1/4 cup butter, melted |
1/2 cup dry breadcrumbs |
1/2 teaspoon salt |
1 teaspoon pepper |
Directions:
1. Peel potatoes. 2. Cut in half lengthwise. 3. Cut each half into 4 long wedges. 4. Dip wedges in melted butter. 5. Roll in bread crumbs. 6. Place on a greased pan. 7. Bake 35 minutes at 400 degrees Fahrenheit or until golden brown. |
