Ingredients:
6 medium potatoes |
1 pint sour cream |
10 ounces sharp cheddar cheese, grated (or more) |
5 green onions, chopped |
3 tablespoons milk |
1 teaspoon salt (optional) |
1/2 teaspoon pepper |
1/3 cup breadcrumbs |
2 tablespoons melted butter |
Directions:
1. Scrub potatoes and cook until tender (about 20 minutes). 2. Drain,cool until easy to handle. 3. Peel potatoes& grate coarsely, and combine with the next 6 ingredients. 4. Turn into a well-buttered 9-by-i3 inch baking dish. 5. Smooth top,sprinkle with bread crumbs which has been combined with melted butter. 6. Now tricky part,know your oven-every one is different. 7. I cook this in mine 40 minutes at 350*. |
