Golden Peanut Butter Bars

Ingredients:
2 cup(s) all-purpose flour
3/4 cup(s) firmly packed light brown sugar
1 egg beaten
1/2 cup(s) cold butter or margarine
1 cup(s) chopped peanuts
1-14oz can(s) eagle brand sweetened condensed milk
1/2 cup(s) peanut butter
1 teaspoon(s) vanilla
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350*. Combine flour, sugar and beaten egg, cut in butter until crumbly. Stir in peanuts. Reserving 2 cups crumb mixture, press remaining mixture on bottom of 13 X 9 pan.
2. Bake 15 minutes or until lightly browned.
3. Meanwhile, with mixer, beat sweetened condensed milk with peanut butter and vanilla. Spread over prepared crust; top with reserved crumb mixture.
4. Bake 25 minutes longer or until lightly browned. Cool. Cut into bars. Store covered at room temperature.
