This is a polish recipe from . Ingredients:
1 lb small mushroom, fresh |
1 egg, beaten |
1/2 cup dry breadcrumbs |
1 medium onion, chopped |
1/3 cup butter or 1/3 cup margarine |
Directions:
1. Dip mushrooms into egg. 2. Coat with bread crumbs. 3. Cook mushrooms and onion in butter in skillet, turning occasionally, until mushrooms are tender and golden brown. 7 - 8 minutes. |
