I have not tried this recipe. I got this recipe from Favorite Brand Name Velveeta Recipes. Ingredients:
2 1/2 cups cubed cooked potatoes, mashed |
3 tablespoons milk |
2 tablespoons butter |
1 tablespoon chopped fresh chives |
8 ounces velveeta cheese, cut up, divided |
1 ounce kraft 100% grated parmesan cheese |
Directions:
1. Beat potatoes, milk, butter and chives until fluffy. Stir in 1/2 of the velveeta. 2. Spoon into 1 quart casserole; sprinkle with parmesan cheese. 3. Bake at 350 for 20-25 minutes or until throughly heated. Top with remaining velveeta. Bake an additional 5 minutes or until velveeta begins to melt. |
