This recipe is from Dad's Belgian Waffles Algona Ia using Carbon's Golden Malted Pancake and Waffle flour mix. I don't want to misplace the recipe so posting it here. Ingredients:
2 eggs, beaten |
1 1/4 cups water |
2 cups golden malted flour |
4 tablespoons butter, melted |
Directions:
1. Beat eggs and water together, then add flour and mix well. 2. Stir in melted butter and make sure to mix well again. 3. Ladle onto hot waffle iron and remove when golden brown. |
