Ingredients:
1 lb carrot |
2 medium lemons |
3 cups sugar |
1/2 teaspoon salt |
1/2 cup water |
1/2 cup cherries, cut up |
Directions:
1. Place cut up carrots and lemons in blender. 2. Chopped fine, makes 3 cups carrots and 3/4 cup lemon. 3. Place in large pan (chopped carrots and lemons); add sugar, salt and water. 4. Bring to boil and cook for 10 minutes. 5. Add the cherries and cook 5 minutes more or until thick. 6. Pour in sterilized small jars; seal. |
