Golden Lemon Balm Tea

This is a great tea for sore throats or to help relax before bed.
Ingredients:
1 cup lemon balm
1 tablespoon lemon zest, grated
1 tablespoon honey
5 cups boiling water
Directions:
1. In a teapot, place lemon balm leaves, lemon zest and honey.
2. Pour boiling water over all.
3. Let it infuse for 15 minutes.
