Warm and hearty Golden Hashbrown Casserole is an easy entree for your next breakfast or brunch. Ingredients:
6 eggs, beaten |
1 12-oz. can evaporated milk |
1 teaspoon salt |
1/2 teaspoon pepper |
1 30-oz. pkg. frozen shredded hashbrowns |
1 8-oz. pkg. shredded cheddar cheese |
1 onion, chopped |
1 green pepper, chopped |
1 cup cooked ham, diced |
Directions:
1. Whisk eggs, milk, salt and pepper in a large bowl. Add remaining ingredients; mix well. Pour mixture into a greased 13 x9 baking pan. Bake, uncovered, at 350 degrees for 60 to 65 minutes, or until eggs are set. |
