It's my recipe that I have used over the years. Ingredients:
3 lbs pared and sliced yukon gold potatoes |
1/4-1/2 cup milk |
1/2 cup butter |
2 tablespoons instant chicken bouillon granules |
salt |
pepper |
Directions:
1. Clean, peel, and slice potatoes. 2. Bring potatoes to a boil in large pot of water. 3. Simmer, and cook potatoes until fork tender. 4. Drain water from potatoes. 5. Mash potatoes with milk and butter. 6. Add chicken broth powder. 7. Add salt and pepper to taste. 8. Serve. |
