Golden Flaxseed Nut Raspberry Muffins |

These muffins are so good with low carb ice cream on top. Ingredients:
1-1/4 cup golden flaxseed meal |
2 teaspoons baking powder |
1 tablespoon cinnamon |
3/4 cup sugar substitute ( i use diabetisweet ) |
4 eggs |
1/2 cup westsoy unsweet soy milk |
1 tablespoon vanilla extract |
1/2 cup walnuts |
1 cup raspberries |
1/4 cup olive oil |
Directions:
1. Per heat oven at 350 2. The next step will help keep your muffins from sticking to the muffin pan. 3. Put dry muffin pan in oven to per heat while you mix your batter 4. Put all ingredients in a med size bowl 5. Hand mix until batter is smooth. 6. Take muffin pan out of oven and spray with pam 7. Spoon batter into muffin pan. 8. Cook on 350 for 20 to 25 mins 9. Are until golden brown. |
