I have no idea where I got this recipe as I have had it for over 12 years. This is a nice, not too sweet, high rising bread. This makes a 1.5 pound loaf of bread. Ingredients:
1 package yeast |
3 cups bread flour |
4 tbs. sugar |
2 eggs (let warm to room temperature - i do this in the machine's pan) |
6 tbs. oil (vegetable or corn - i use a canola/vegetable mix) |
1-1/2 tsp. salt |
3/4 cup warm water |
Directions:
1. Put ingredients in bread machine according to manufacturer's directions. Select white bread; 1.5 pound loaf. Light or medium crust works best. |
