Ingredients:
1/2 aburage (tofu puff)
2 ounces daikon radishes, julienned
1/2 tablespoon cooking oil
2 tablespoons dashi stock
2 teaspoons soy sauce
2 teaspoons sake
1 teaspoon mirin
Directions:
1. Rinse the aburage in boiling water and julienne.
2. Sauté the daikon and aburage in the oil. Add the remaining ingredients and cook until the liquid is almost absorbed.
