This is a moist and delicious cupcake recipe that anyone can enjoy! Ingredients:
1 cup butter, 2 sticks |
2 cups sugar |
4 large eggs, at room temperature |
1 cup buttermilk |
1 teaspoon vanilla |
2 3/4 cups flour |
1/4 teaspoon salt |
1/8 teaspoon salt |
2 1/4 teaspoons baking powder |
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. 2. In a large bowl, cream the butter and sugar for about 3 minutes. Add the eggs, one at a time, mixing well after each addition. Mix the milk and vanilla together. Mix the flour, salt, and baking powder together. Add the flour and milk mixture into the egg mixture, alternating between the two. 3. Pour into greased cupcake tins and bake for 20-22 minutes. Let cupcakes cool for 10 minutes before removing them from the pan. |
