An easy and elegant way to serve a clear soup as an appetizer. Ingredients:
2 (16 ounce) cans chicken broth (heated) |
3/4 cup shredded lettuce |
2 sliced scallions (diagonally) |
1 lb good lump crabmeat |
fresh coarse ground black pepper |
Directions:
1. Divide heated heated broth into 4 bowls. 2. Top each bowl of broth with 1/4 of the crab meat. 3. add 1/4 of the shredded lettuce to each bowl. 4. Top each with 1/4 of sliced scallions. 5. Garnish with coarsely ground black pepper. |
