Golden Corral's Bourbon Street Chicken Copy Cat |

So easy and oh so good...Got this off the net on one of those copy cat sites. Ingredients:
1 lb. chicken leg or thigh, boneless and cut into bite-size pieces |
1/2 cup soy sauce |
1/2 cup brown sugar |
1/2 tsp. garlic powder |
1 tsp. ginger |
2 tbls. minced onion, dried |
1/2 cup bourbon whiskey |
2 tbls. white wine |
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350 2. Mix soy sauce, brown sugar, garlic, ginger, onion and Bourbon 3. Add marinade and chicken to zip bag and marinate (over night is best ), turning bag occasionally 4. Put in baking dish in single layer and bake for 45-60 minutes, basting every 10 minutes 5. Remove chicken and set aside 6. Scrape pan juices with all the brown bits into skillet 7. Heat to medium heat and add white wine 8. Stir and add chicken 9. Cook 5 minutes |
