Ingredients:
3 whole chicken breasts, skinned and boned |
1/2 cup all-purpose flour |
1/2 cup water |
1 egg, slightly beaten |
2 teaspoons sesame seeds |
3/4 teaspoon salt |
vegetable oil |
1/2 cup honey |
1/3 cup dijon mustard |
Directions:
1. Cut chicken into 1- x 1 1/2-inch pieces; set aside. Combine next 5 ingredients; mix well. Dip chicken into batter, and fry in hot oil (375°) until golden brown. Drain on paper towels. Combine honey and mustard, stirring well. Serve with nuggets. |
