1 large cauliflower |
1 beaten egg |
fine breadcrumbs |
1/4-1/2 lb butter |
grated parmesan cheese |
Directions:
1. Separate cauliflower into flowerets. 2. Cook, covered in one inch of boiling, lightly salted water until tender (about 8 minutes) Cool Dip flowerets in beaten egg, then in bread crumbs. 3. Melt butter in heavy skillet and fry until golden brown Sprinkle with cheese Serve immediately. |
