This is another oldie from my collection. I suggest spraying your hands with cooking spray when kneading & shaping as mixture tends to be sticky. This is something different for the sweet tray. NOTE: Yield is estimated (can't remember). Ingredients:
1 lb dried apricot |
2 ounces candied orange peel |
2 ounces candied lemon peel |
sugar |
Directions:
1. Grind the apricots and peels until fine . 2. Knead together, then shape into 1/2 balls. 3. Roll in sugar. Let dry . Store airtight. |
