1/2 cup margarine |
1 cup sugar |
1 egg |
1 teaspoon vanilla |
2 cups all-purpose flour |
2 teaspoons baking powder |
1 pinch salt |
1 cup milk |
1 (21 ounce) can cherry pie filling |
1/2 cup margarine |
1 cup sugar |
1 cup flour |
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350*F. 2. Cream margarine, sugar, egg and vanilla. 3. Combine flour, baking powder and salt. 4. Add dry ingredients to creamed mixture alternating with 1 cup milk. 5. Pour batter in 9 x 13-inch pan. 6. Spoon 1 can cherry pie filling over batter. 7. Blend the topping ingredients and crumble over filling. 8. Bake at 350*F for 30 minutes. |
