Umm umm good! 8) definite people pleaser! You think? Ingredients:
2 cups all-purpose flour |
3/4 cup packed brown sugar |
1 beaten egg |
1/2 cup cold butter or 1/2 cup margarine |
1 cup chopped peanuts |
1 (14 ounce) can sweetened condensed milk |
1/2 cup peanut butter |
1 teaspoon vanilla |
Directions:
1. Heat oven to 350°F. 2. Mix flour, sugar, and egg. 3. Add in cold butter until crumbly. 4. Stir in the peanuts. 5. Set aside 2 cups of crumbly mixture. 6. Press remaining mixture into 13x9-inch baking pan. 7. Bake for 15 minutes, until browned lightly. 8. While baking, beat peanut butter, condensed milk and vanilla in separate bowl. 9. Spread over crust; add remaining 2 cups mixture. 10. Bake for 25 minutes or until lightly brown. 11. Let cool then cut into bars! |
