This is a fun and easy recipe that I make with my children. Of course, we have to double or triple the recipe since it doesn't make very many. It makes a nice little snack. I've had this recipe for several years and probably found it in a magazine but can't remember which one. Ingredients:
24 ritz crackers |
1 cup peanut butter |
2 cups butterscotch chips |
Directions:
1. Spread peanut butter on 12 of the crackers. 2. Top with the other 12 crackers. 3. Melt the chips in a microwave or double boiler. 4. Dip the crackers in the melted chips. 5. Place on wax paper to set. |
