Great brekky, full of anti-oxidants. Ingredients:
100 g goji berries |
2 cups rolled oats |
1 cup orange juice |
1 cup milk |
1/4 cup honey |
1/4 cup slivered almonds |
Directions:
1. Mix all ingredients together and refrigerate over night. 2. Serve with seasonal fresh fruit. |
