Extreme fruit salad. This isn't your grandmother's recipe! Serve immediately or cover and chill. Flavors will mellow with refrigeration.
Ingredients:
1 cup chopped pineapple
1 cup green grapes
1 cup chopped granny smith apple
1 cup chopped fresh strawberries
1 cup pitted and halved cherries
1 cup chopped peach
1 cup chopped pear
1 (3.5 ounce) package shredded coconut
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
2 cups sour cream, or as needed
2 cups miniature marshmallows
1 cup chopped banana
1 cup peeled and chopped kiwi
2/3 cup chopped pecans
Directions:
1. Mix pineapple, grapes, apple, strawberries, cherries, peach, pear, and coconut together in a large bowl. Stir in vanilla extract and enough sour cream to coat fruit mixture. Gently fold marshmallows, banana, and kiwi into fruit salad; top with pecans.
