Good vegetarian alteration for chicken 65 . Tastes crunchy and nice . Ingredients:
1 big cauliflower - cut into small florets |
3tbsp cornflour |
1 small capsicum - cut into thin strips |
1 onion - cut into thin strips |
1 tsp - chilli pwd |
1 tsp - tomato sauce , chilli sauce , dark soy sauce |
Directions:
1. Soak the florets in hot salted water for 5 mins . 2. Drain and add the cornflour , salt and chilli pwd . 3. Fold in properly and deep fry till golden brown . 4. Set aside . 5. Saute onions and capsicum for 2 to 3 mins . 6. Set aside . 7. Add all the sauces in oil and return to fire . 8. Toss in the florets and saute for 2 mins . 9. Add the onions and the peppers and remove from fire . |
