Gobble Me Down Brandy Crescents

I made these today, the 366th day of my cooking:) Yes, I am one year old today (as far as cooking goes)LOL! Please note that preparation time includes refrigerating time.
Ingredients:
2 tablespoons sugar
4 tablespoons ghee
1 tablespoon brandy
6 tablespoons self-raising flour (maida)
2 tablespoons cashews, chopped
icing sugar, for sprinkling on the cookies
Directions:
1. Put sugar in a bowl.
2. Add ghee and mix well.
3. Add brandy and continue to mix.
4. Add maida and mix.
5. Add cashews and mix.
6. Refrigerate for 15-20 minutes.
7. Shape into half moons (crescents).
8. Bake for 15 minutes at 180 degrees celcius.
9. Remove from oven.
10. Cool.
11. Sprinkle icing sugar over the cookies.
12. Serve!
