This is good for a quick and easy snack...the only problem is that the ingredients aren't necessarily ones that you'd have in the house by chance! Ingredients:
100 g smoked salmon |
1 avocado, sliced |
80 -100 g goat cheese |
6 slices bread |
Directions:
1. Spread the slices of bread with the cheese. 2. Put the salmon on the goat's cheese. 3. Cover with slices of avocado. |
