Crazy easy and really tasty. As soon as I saw this, I knew I had to have people over so I could make it! From 'Real Simple' November 2010. Ingredients:
2 tablespoons pistachios, roasted & chopped |
2 tablespoons dried cranberries, chopped |
1 (8 -10 ounce) log fresh goat cheese |
Directions:
1. On a large plate, combine pistachios and cranberries. 2. Roll the goat cheese in the fruit-nut mixture and press gently to coat. 3. Serve with crackers or bread. |
