Goat cheese, you either love it or hate it. I love it. Ingredients:
16 ounces goat cheese, softened,i use chevre |
1/4 cup butter, softened |
2 tablespoons parsley, minced finely |
2 tablespoons green onions, minced finely |
1/2 teaspoon paprika |
Directions:
1. In a large bowl mix goat cheese and butter until well blended. 2. Add parsley, green onions and paprika and mix well. 3. Refrigerate for at least one hour. 4. Serve with crackers, really good with Triscuits. |
