1/2 cup goat cheese, softened |
1/2 cup fat-free ricotta cheese |
2 tablespoons minced parsley |
2 tablespoons chopped scallions |
2 tablespoons chopped radishes |
1/2 teaspoon dried tarragon leaves |
crackers or french bread or bagel chips, to serve |
Directions:
1. Mix all ingredients, except crackers, in a small bowl. 2. Refrigerate overnight to blend flavors. |
