Goat Cheese-Green Olive Tapenade Crostini |

Green olives and fresh orange rind give this tapenade a decidedly fresh twist that earned a top rating in our Test Kitchens. Ingredients:
1 cup pitted green olives |
2 tablespoons fresh flat-leaf parsley leaves |
1 tablespoon capers, drained |
1 teaspoon grated fresh orange rind |
1/4 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper |
1 tablespoon olive oil |
8 ounces goat cheese, softened |
32 (1/4-inch-thick) slices french bread baguette, toasted |
Directions:
1. Combine first 5 ingredients in a food processor; pulse 4 times or until coarsely chopped. Add olive oil, and pulse 5 times or until finely chopped. 2. Spread about 1 1/2 teaspoons goat cheese over each baguette slice, and top each with about 1 1/2 teaspoons tapenade. |
