4 ounces soft fresh goat cheese |
2 sun-dried tomatoes, drained |
1/4 cup chives, snipped |
1 1/2 tablespoons olive oil |
16 crostini |
Directions:
1. In a food processor, process cheese, sun dried tomatoes, chives and oil until smooth. 2. Spread each crostini with goat cheese mixture. 3. Place on baking sheet and broil until browned and melted, about 2-3 minutes. Transfer to a platter and serve. |
