This is delicious as a spread on fresh baguette slices, as a dip with smoked salmon, or as a dressing on a veggie sandwich. Look for anchovy paste near the jarred pestos and tomato products in your grocery. Ingredients:
1/4 cup (1 ounce) goat cheese, softened |
2 tablespoons minced red onion |
1 tablespoon fat-free sour cream |
2 teaspoons anchovy paste |
1/8 teaspoon pepper |
1 (8-ounce) block fat-free cream cheese, softened |
Directions:
1. Place all ingredients in a food processor; process until smooth, scraping sides of bowl if necessary. |
