I got this recipe out of a Cheese book that I picked up from the grocery store. I love the creamy tang of goat cheese and this was so good! It's garlicky, but I love garlic so I was very happy with the taste. I served this with spicy latin shrimp as a dip and it was amazing, but I think it would also be good with a steak...yum! Ingredients:
1/2 cup mayonnaise |
1 garlic clove, minced |
1 tablespoon lemon juice |
1/2 cup goat cheese, crumbled |
Directions:
1. Mix all ingredients together. 2. Use as a yummy dip/spread for spicy shrimp or steak! |
