Use these Bourbon Pecans nuts in desserts, to garnish ice cream or on cheese trays. Ingredients:
3 tablespoons butter, melted |
2 cups pecans, pieces |
1 1/2 tablespoons bourbon |
Directions:
1. Melt the butter in a skillet.
2. Toss in the pecan and stir until glazed (over a low flame).
3. Add the bourbon and continue to heat until most of the liquid has evaporated.
4. Cool.
5. Cover and store at room temperature until needed.
