Ingredients:
1 cup(s) part skim ricotta cheese |
1 pound(s) frozen chopped spinach thawed and drained |
4 eggs |
1/4 teaspoon(s) nutmeg |
1 teaspoon(s) salt |
5 tablespoon(s) flour |
1 cup(s) parmesan grated |
marinara sauce |
Directions:
1. Mix all ingredients until well blended. Form into patties and place on a greased baking sheet. Spray tops with pam. Bake at 500 degrees for 15 minutes, turning once halfway through baking time. Top each gnudi with marinara sauce. |
