This is a very easy and tasty way to make gnocchi. It tastes great with any pasta sauce. Ingredients:
2 potatoes, cooked and mashed |
2 cups flour |
1 egg |
Directions:
1. Mix 1 cup of mashed potatoes with flour and egg. 2. Knead until smooth. 3. Roll between your hands into 1/2 inch thick snakes . 4. Cut into 1/2 inch pieces. 5. Drop separately into boiling water. 6. Cook until gnocchi float, then remove and drain immediately. |
